BEL Group is a dairy farming business located in the Central Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand.  The Barry Family moved to Central Hawke's Bay in 1994 and have grown BEL Group to what it is today.

BEL Group farms 9,500 dairy cows across 9 dairy farms totalling 2,900 ha of dairy farms and 1,180 ha of dairy support land. Farming systems are kept simple, profitable and repeatable with a focus on moderate stocking rates, turning grass into milk through grazing and filling the seasonal feed deficits with profitable purchased feeds mostly grown on BEL Dairy Support.

BEL Group's business leadership and management structure has evolved over the last few years to create a fully managed business that supports repeatable and sustainable business results. BEL Group is led by an Advisory Board, chaired by Doug Crombie. This advisory board has four external governance advisors who, along with Andrea Barry, set the strategic direction for BEL Group, monitor the business performance against plan and support the identification and management of business risk.
