BEL Group employs over 65 permanent staff across its different business entities. Structurally the business roles are divided into the Operations Team, Business Services, Assisting and Specialist roles.

BEL Group also has a Dairy Internship available to university graduates with an agricultural management degree or individuals looking to enter the dairy industry from other careers or industries where they have held management level positions and have achieved proven results with plenty of transferable skills in leadership, planning and business management.

The Dairy Internship is designed to allow people to enter the BEL Group business on a training programme targeted to get them to either a junior or senior management capability over an 18 month period.
